Dalco Food in a nutshell

In 1972, Gerard Wagemakers senior, the youngest son of an entrepeneurial family, started his own company. He was one of the first people to develop simple meat preparation equipment, ideal for products such as crumbed schnitzels.
The company started on a small site in Orlando di Lasso street, producing mainly for catering/restaurants and institutions, and has now grown into a medium sized business with a varied customer portfolio.
Gerard’s oldest daughter, Marian Wagemakers, has now also joined the board of Dalco Food, and the Deputy Director of Operations is Stefan Hanenberg. Dalco has a staff of approximately 100 employees.
